Returns and Exchange

Return Policy

At Svart Studio we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return or exchange the items according to the guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

·       Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all original tags and accessories.

·       We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

·       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

·       Ship your item back to Svart Studio, 164 Brick Lane, London E1 6RU, England.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact our customer service team at hello@svartstudio.co.uk
  • If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@svartstudio.co.uk. Provide your order number, details of the defect, and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
